Where we ship

We ship within the United States only. Orders ship from Brooklyn, New York.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays). You will receive a tracking number by email when your order ships.

Carriers and delivery time

We ship with UPS and USPS. Delivery time depends on the carrier and your location; ground service within the US typically takes 2–5 business days after dispatch. Delivery dates are estimates from the carrier and are not guaranteed by us.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping (3–5 business days) is $8, and free on orders of $70 or more. Express shipping is $15. Rates are the same for all US addresses and are shown at checkout before you pay.

Sales tax

Sales tax is collected where required by law.

Address changes

Please check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot change the address once the order has shipped, and we are not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Delivered but not received

Once the carrier marks a package as delivered, our responsibility for the shipment ends. Please check with household members, neighbors, and your building's mail area, and contact the carrier with your tracking number. We will provide the shipping details you need for a carrier inquiry, but we do not refund or replace packages that the carrier has confirmed as delivered.
